RCX Sports is hiring NFL FLAG Officials (1099 Independent Contractors) to support NFL FLAG leagues across Michigan (multiple locations). We hire and staff officials year-round across multiple seasons (Spring, Summer, and Fall), and assignments vary by league location and seasonal schedule.

  • Maintain neutrality and professionalism, including de-escalating disputes when needed
  • Conduct pre-game field and equipment inspections to ensure safe playing conditions
