Are you looking for a dynamic role in client services? Does the thought of growing your career in sports partnerships excite you? Do you have a passion for the NFL, golf, and technology? Well then, this may be the right role for you!

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help support a technology consulting client's U.S. Golf and NFL sponsorships. You'll work alongside our client's sponsorship team and help support the management of two major partnerships, including tracking partnership assets and activation funds, developing activation plans & recaps, and supporting event strategy & programming.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized multitasker who has knowledge of golf & football and an interest in the technology landscape. This position requires excellent communication and documentation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage partnership assets and build relationships across a variety of stakeholders to support the client's growing sponsorship portfolio.

The Senior Account Executive will work closely with the Account Director (Golf) and Group Director (NFL), who lead all aspects of these client partnerships and support the broader sponsorship portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the business of each sport by working with various organizations, subject matter experts, and established partners within the industry. You'll work alongside teammates who are just as passionate about what they do as you are.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO

  • Support the day-to-day management of the client's U.S. Golf and NFL partnerships
  • Assist in the development and execution of activation plans, annual playbooks, post-event recaps, and partnership deliverables, while developing and maintaining supporting documentation including status reports, timelines, asset trackers, budgets, meeting materials, and executive presentations
  • Coordinate activation planning and execution across key NFL events, including the Super Bowl, NFL International Games, NFL Draft, Pro Bowl, Kickoff, and other league initiatives
  • Support the planning and management of activation, hospitality, talent, media, and content initiatives, including budget tracking and activation fund utilization
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of materials required for talent and team deal procurement processes, including research, presentations, contracting support, and approval documentation
  • Develop and coordinate event logistics and planning materials for NFL and U.S. Golf programs, including "Know Before You Go" materials, run of shows, guest communications, event logistics, and other planning resources
  • Coordinate across internal and external client, agency, media, and property partners by managing timelines, tracking approvals, and helping ensure creative and content deliverables remain on schedule
  • Conduct property research, competitive analysis, and industry monitoring to support client recommendations, planning, and strategic decision-making
  • Provide project management support for hospitality planning and event operations by coordinating with internal teams, property partners, vendors, and clients throughout program planning and execution
  • Develop a strong working knowledge and understanding of the client's business priorities, technology initiatives, and relevant marketing and industry trends
  • Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned
