Compensation: $20 hour
Shift: Part-Time positions available. Must have flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. Open availability HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • You will establish and maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.
  • You will monitor crowd behavior and respond promptly to any disturbances or security concerns.
  • You will monitor the surroundings and conduct thorough risk assessments for special detail assignments and develop tailored security strategies.
  • You will respond promptly to emergencies, taking decisive actions to mitigate risks and protect individuals or assets.
  • You will collaborate with event organizers, local authorities, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You're able to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
  • You're willing to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • You're flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • You're able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • You're able to builds trust with all clients, emphasizing the importance of maintaining professionalism and avoiding any misperceptions.
  • You're able to demonstrate a strong willingness to compromise and welcomes feedback; flexibility is key, and an open mindset is valued.
Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
  • You're able to pass an extensive screening process.
  • You're legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • You have a Texas unarmed security license or ability to obtain one.
  • You have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • You're at least 21 years old.
  • You have security, law enforcement, or military experience.
  • You're able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
  • You're a proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently.
  • You have the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
  • You're dependable and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're comfortable working in an environment where attention to detail is crucial.
