Job description

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to come join the 4Wall team!
What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Working closely with the Corporate Controller, Division Controllers, and Accounting Compliance Administrator, you will lead month-end close activities, manage general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee debt and lease accounting, and support annual audit requirements. This role also provides leadership to the accounting team while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards. For the full job description click here.
What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years in accounting management, a strong working knowledge of GAAP, and extensive experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes. The successful candidate will have experience supporting external audits, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of accounting software, with MAS and Oracle Netsuite experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

This position is full-time.
The position is a hybrid remote work opportunity, and we have a casual attire environment.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to support month-end close and other business needs.
