Position Specific Description

At Florida Power & Light, our people are our biggest asset. Everyday our employees help us deliver safe, affordable, and reliable service to our more than 4.8 million customers. They are helping shape our company and how our customers see us. With seven nuclear reactors at four plant sites around the country, today, FPL's nuclear fleet is one of the largest in the nation. Currently, we are hiring for our upcoming License Class to qualify for Nuclear Operation Unit Supervisor position. 

St. Lucie Nuclear Plant is a dual unit nuclear facility which is located on the beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island, about ten miles northeast of Jensen Beach, FL. If you are interested in joining a leading team in an industry leading Nuclear Fleet, look no further.  Join the Saint Lucie Team in its drive to excellence in equipment reliability and safe nuclear operations. License class will start in February of 2027.
