We are seeking a positive minded, results driven, team player to embark on, or further your career as a Business Development Team Leader. 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in business development simultaneously building multiple brands including beverage is key, Leadership experience is required as well. New York City, Texas or West Coast based is a plus.

You will lead up Business Development activities in the USA and join an award-winning team of talented, personable and creative individuals lead by our CEO www.JeffLichtenstein.com. We are dedicated to pursuing our mission along with team and individual goals and success with equal passion. Our Headquarters are located in Brooklyn, New York though you can be based in your local market. Overnight travel will be required to support our current and future customer base.

Profile: National Business Development Team Leader

You will lead Business Development activities including helping our customers grow their business and helping lead up our Broker, Merchandising and Trade Team fostering and growing existing business relationships while developing new ones, creating symbiotic win-win partnerships. Field time visiting customers at HQ and store level three to four days a week including some overnight travel to help build additional markets.

Your primary areas of purview will consist of:

  • Nurture and build existing and new customer relationships

  • Leadership and support of our Business Development Team, Brokers and Merchandising team members

  • Support of our Trade Marketing Team and Initiatives

  • Engineer winning strategies to meet and surpass sales budgets by account, territory as well as D2C

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Skills in Excel, Power Point, CRMs
