• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring timely updates to patient records.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed about advancements in counseling practices and adhere to ethical guidelines.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who often face barriers in accessing mental health services. Our focus is on providing compassionate care to vulnerable populations, including those dealing with trauma, substance use issues, and mental health disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies for documentation and client management.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling.
• Experience working with low-income or underserved populations.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
