Your expertise will ensure that our client remains a leader in connecting communities, maintaining our reputation for quality and efficiency in the Middle Tennessee area and beyond.


Performance Objectives

  • Design and execute directional drilling plans to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with our client's engineering standards.
  • Monitor drilling operations in real time, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure seamless integration of drilling activities into overall project workflows.
  • Utilize advanced drilling software and technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential operational challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team of drilling technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Document and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in all drilling operations.
