Project Manager - Telecommunications
About the Role:
As the Project Manager - Telecom, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of critical telecommunications projects from initial concept through to successful completion. In this role, you will champion cross-functional collaboration, keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication, and proactively mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Direct the planning and execution of complex telecommunications projects to ensure they support key business goals.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external third-party partners to facilitate flawless execution.
- Project Planning: Create comprehensive project blueprints, defining scope, milestones, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project metrics and milestones, proactively making strategic adjustments to keep delivery on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent, regular updates regarding project health, milestones, potential risks, and solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Proven track record working as a Project Manager specifically within the telecommunications sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of core project management methodologies, frameworks, and tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent credential.
- Methodologies: Practical experience working within Agile project management frameworks.
