Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs and create personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions to address mental health concerns, showcasing adaptability based on the evolving needs of clients.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical records, aligning with state regulations and organizational protocols for accountability.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated care processes, including participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings.
• Engage clients and their families in mental health education sessions, enhancing their understanding of therapeutic approaches and resources available to them.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of social work and psychotherapy to continually enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with an array of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clinic is dedicated to providing culturally competent care, welcoming individuals from varying backgrounds, and fostering a supportive atmosphere where every client feels valued and understood. Your role directly impacts client well-being by helping them navigate their mental health journeys through tailored interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• At least three years of direct clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in helping clients through their behavioral health concerns.
• Proficiency in implementing solution-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with teammates in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, showcasing the ability to cooperate and synergize with healthcare professionals from varying fields.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to streamline documentation and improve client interaction efficiency.
• Background in community health settings or outpatient clinics, highlighting adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits
