JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Washington PL01 license
  • Commercial plumbing experience
  • Working knowledge of industry hazards and safety precautions
  • Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs
  • Ability to follow and apply the UPC in Washington and Idaho
  • Ability to supervise and train apprentices
  • Ability to complete projects without direct supervision
  • Ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, crouch, and perform other physical responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, organizational skills, and an ability to stay calm under pressure

Preferred Criteria

  • Idaho journeyman license
  • 5+ years of experience

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER

You typically work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

You're a leader for your plumbing team, ensuring exceptional work during commercial remodel and new construction projects. Following safety regulations, industry standards, and client expectations, you complete efficient, high-quality work. You lead and mentor apprentices and helpers, guiding their work and helping them advance within the trade. As you complete job documentation, track project progress, and solve problems as they come up, you give your best every day!

Currently, we provide service plumbing and construction plumbing for residential and multi-residential clients. As we continue to grow, we will be adding commercial services to our company offerings! Some of the service jobs we take on involve leaking pipes, sump pump repairs, sump pump installations, water heaters, frozen pipes, sewage backups, and more. No job is too big or too small for us to handle. We also offer 24/7 emergency services because we know that issues can happen at any time, day or night.
