Job Description Plumbing Designer - Commercial Projects | AutoCAD & Revit Expertise Are you a seasoned Plumbing Designer ready to take your career to the next level? Join a team that's been setting the standard in plumbing excellence for over a century. We're looking for a detail-oriented, forward-thinking designer to help shape the future of commercial plumbing systems using AutoCAD and Revit. What You'll Do
  • Create and layout engineering drawings for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
  • Perform complete calculations for water supply, storm drainage, and equipment sizing
  • Design sanitary waste and vent systems, storm water, domestic water, and natural gas distribution
  • Select and specify plumbing fixtures, specialties, and equipment
  • Design and coordinate fire protection systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with project teams and contribute to BIM coordination (if applicable)
What You Bring Required:
  • Associate's degree or technical drafting certification
  • 7+ years of experience designing plumbing systems for commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and engineering design practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Preferred:
  • BIM Coordination experience (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC)
  • Experience working with large commercial projects
