Our Caseload Offers Unmatched Variety 

Work across the full spectrum of anesthesia services: 

Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team of 35 CRNAs, delivering comprehensive care across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, UHS). You'll work in a care team model within an autonomous supervised environment that respects your clinical judgment and expertise. There will also be the opportunity to impact the next generation of future CRNAs with teaching rotations associated with our local program Roseman University.  

We welcome new graduates into our team-oriented, supportive practice with structured mentorship from day one.

Compensation & Benefits 

      • Competitive base compensation: $235k - $270k 
      • Working 6-8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually
      • $45k sign-on bonus and future retention incentive packages available
      • $10k relocation assistance
