Job description

The Accounting & Payroll Admin is responsible for managing comprehensive accounting and payroll functions within a small team environment. This role oversees payroll processing through a third-party service, handles accounts payable and receivable, ensures tax compliance, and maintains accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Metrc, and Dutchie software. As an individual contributor, the position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll using third-party services
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Handle invoice management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
