Join our Client Solutions team and work alongside seasoned professionals to provide best practice recommendations, software and account support to some of the best customers imaginable. This team is committed to delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive overall customer experience.

Based on experience and training provided, the Interlink Client Solutions Advisor serves primarily to address technical issues relating to our software function and upgrades. This team resolves client issues, creates product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue, provides account support, and performs testing for software releases.

Applicants must be comfortable using Microsoft Windows 8 and 10, Microsoft Office and able to multi-task while speaking on the phone. Friendliness, dependability and a drive to succeed are key to success in this position. Applicants are required to have excellent written and verbal communication.

As an independent software and services company, Interlink promises its customers a simple-to-use solution for mailing their newspapers at the lowest possible rate, with a maximum of delivery accuracy. To do this, the company must provide timely and appropriate responses to customer requests arising from lack of user knowledge, often both of the dynamics of newspaper circulation and with computer/software literacy, of our system. We also must provide account support, fulfill orders for supplies and various Interlink products knowledgably and accurately.

Full time position. M - Th 8:45 am to 6 pm, F 8:00 am to 5 pm. Vision, Medical/Dental, sick/personal time and matching retirement available after 30 days. Paid vacation after 1 year.

Location: Candidates must be located in Michigan or Indiana. Please do not apply if you do not live in Michigan or Indiana.

This job will be performed remotely. You must have a strong, reliable internet connection, and a quiet area to work free from distractions and family care demands during business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
This job will be performed remotely. Once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, you may be requested to meet at our headquarters in southwest Michigan a few times a year for training.
