Based on experience and training provided, the Interlink Client Solutions Advisor serves primarily to address technical issues relating to our software function and upgrades. This team resolves client issues, creates product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue, provides account support, and performs testing for software releases.
Applicants must be comfortable using Microsoft Windows 8 and 10, Microsoft Office and able to multi-task while speaking on the phone. Friendliness, dependability and a drive to succeed are key to success in this position. Applicants are required to have excellent written and verbal communication.

To do this, the company must provide timely and appropriate responses to customer requests arising from lack of user knowledge, often both of the dynamics of newspaper circulation and with computer/software literacy, of our system. We also must provide account support, fulfill orders for supplies and various Interlink products knowledgably and accurately.
Full time position. M - Th 8:45 am to 6 pm, F 8:00 am to 5 pm. Vision, Medical/Dental, sick/personal time and matching retirement available after 30 days. Paid vacation after 1 year.
