Job description

A profitable Miami financial services company is hiring a Marketing Director to run paid acquisition. We're a direct-response shop — growth comes from sharp media buying, strong funnels, and tight tracking.

You'll own the marketing engine. You'll have support on landing pages and copy, so your focus is strategy, running the channels, and owning the numbers.

What you'll do
  • Plan and buy paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, native, email/newsletter, and affiliate/partners
  • Own attribution and reporting — CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV
  • Run CRM nurture (email + SMS) alongside the sales team
  • Manage outside vendors, buyers, and partners
  • Keep marketing compliant (FTC, 10DLC/TCPA)
What we need
  • Direct-response financial publishing (finpub) experience — non-negotiable
  • Hands‑on paid media buying (Meta + Google at minimum)
  • Strong with analytics and attribution
  • Bias for speed and ownership of results
Nice to have:

retirement or alternative-asset offers, webinar funnels, affiliate/newsletter buys.

Confidential search. Apply with your resume and a short note on your finpub experience.
