OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox TV Stations
FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

About the Trainee Program: Join us for an exhilarating 6-month journey designed to immerse you in the fast-paced world of broadcasting. This paid trainee position provides an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including News, Sports, and Entertainment Programming. You'll also gain insight into the integral roles of Sales, Finance, and Engineering-each essential to the success of our television station.
Your Role: From day one, you'll tackle real challenges and contribute to the creation of compelling shows and content that captivates our audience. You'll be given focused tasks and projects, working alongside industry professionals to devise strategic game plans aimed at enhancing our station's growth and reach. By the end of this program, you'll have developed the essential skills required to pursue an entry-level position within the broadcasting field, equipped with a deep understanding of the industry's varied and exciting roles.

Education: College degree, preferably in Journalism or Broadcasting. Must be a recent college graduate (within one year or less).
