Job description

This is a field position. The main area of responsibility is Georgia, primarily the greater Augusta region. Travel to the Charleston, SC market is also required. 

To efficiently handle store sets, store set preparation, new store set up, remodels, store visits per weekly plan, blitzes for new products and section changes, and store moves.


  1. Store sets- Responsible for all grocery, frozen and dairy resets. Preparation of category envelopes, tags, flag tags, updated planograms, and supplies for set. Supplies include plastic overlays, trays, pegs, labels, stickers, chip clips, etc.
  2. Clean, check dates, rotate product if applicable, set section to planogram, add new items, pull discontinued/damaged items, place new tags, plastics and flag tags to assigned sections per company policy.
  3. Assisting, monitoring and directing vendors to ensure planogram compliance, cleaning protocols and proper housekeeping in all work areas.
  4. Works with store management under Store Set Director supervision to coordinate any moves, changes etc. and give them updates on changes made by the set crew.
  5. Maintain order in the backroom by boxing and separating Reclaim, Backstock and Discontinued.
  6. Determine and document any planogram updates and changes that occurred during reset.
  7. Work under Store Set Director during category resets, blitzes, section changes and moves as directed by VP. (Ex. Ice cream, cereal, coffee, etc.)
  8. Maintain all equipment and supplies in vehicle necessary for daily visits, blitzes and complete and accurate reset.
  9. New stores - unpack, organize, set up and level all gondolas and shelving from the ground up per design plan and specifications. Unpack and place shelving for freezers and dairy coolers per planogram.
  10. Assist store personnel in stocking initial store set load and ensuring all planograms are correct, tagged etc.
  11. Remodels - Coordinate with store to get all shelves emptied, product packed up and organized to minimize customer interruption and downtime. Old helving removed from store.
  12. Product replaced on new shelves per planogram.
  13. Store visits - non-set days - Support and share company initiatives with store personnel in an appropriate, professional fashion. Share information from stores back to warehouse as appropriate (DMs, Maintenance, etc)
  14. Enhance customer experience by working weekly plan and assignments. Work in, tag new items, adjust sections to planogram as appropriate, pull discontinued items, check dates. Place trays, pegs, signage etc. to support current warehouse initiatives.
  15. All other duties as assigned by management.
