Familiarity with data collection tools, behavior intervention plans, and clinical recording systems is essential. Strong communication, patience, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are crucial soft skills for working effectively with clients and supervising BCBAs. What are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)?

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are paraprofessionals certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
