What You'll Earn
- $20-$24/hour based on experience and certification

Your Schedule
Clinic-based, Monday-Friday. No weekends unless desired, no late nights. Typical shifts run within an 8:00 AM-5:00 PM window, with the occasional in-home session (training provided).

- Lead RBT - train new teammates while deepening your clinical skills
- Mentor RBT - shape clinic culture and support fellow RBTs
- QASP-S - oversee treatment quality across ABA programs
- BCBA - we support RBTs pursuing their master's degree with internships and tuition assistance
- OT, PT, SLP, or healthcare administration - we'll support whichever direction you choose
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
- Bring individualized treatment plans to life through hands-on, child-centered sessions
- Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
- Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families
- Work primarily in our clinic, with occasional in-home sessions
What You'll Need
- Active RBT certification or have completed your 40-hour training and are scheduled to sit for your exam. Or join us as a BT and work towards your certification with us!
- High school diploma or equivalent (proof required upon hire)
- Reliable transportation, Monday-Friday
- Genuine passion for working with children
This role involves active, physical work: you'll be on your feet, on the floor, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. It's energetic by design.
