Enhanced Motion Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapists to join our outpatient facility located in Lakewood, New Jersey. In this role, you will deliver specialized physical therapy services focused on improving the quality of life for patients of all ages while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the full spectrum of therapeutic services for assigned patients, working closely alongside physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to develop tailored, evidence-based care plans aimed at achieving defined rehabilitation goals.
  • Lead therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices while monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Utilize specialized techniques in physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to optimize patient recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families on care strategies, therapeutic exercises, and the effective use of assistive devices to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring appropriate prioritization of patient needs and effective communication with your team regarding daily operations and patient handoffs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Enhanced Motion, you will contribute to the rehabilitation of a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Our therapists are trained to treat a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and developmental concerns. Your expertise will play a transformative role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and empowering patients to achieve their optimal functional potential.

Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
  • No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with outpatient orthopedic therapy is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective patient interactions and team collaborations.
