What You'll Do:
As a Guest Experience Leader, you'll create feel-good moments for our customers every day by:
  • Greeting guests and assisting them while they order
  • Helping with ordering kiosks
  • Supporting guests who need extra assistance
  • Checking in after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction or offer help
  • Addressing any concerns
  • Sharing feedback and ideas with the restaurant team
