The Opportunity:

As a Project Manager for Arizona's largest spec builder, you will take total ownership of residential construction workflows from initial bids to final delivery. This role provides the unique platform to drive project financial health, steer critical build logistics, and maximize your leadership footprint in a high-volume, rewarding environment. You will collaborate directly with field leaders to optimize timelines and maintain our elite standards of building excellence.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage comprehensive bidding processes, invoice approvals, and cost tracking to keep residential builds precisely on budget.
  • Coordinate master construction schedules alongside field operations to ensure flawless execution and zero downtime.
  • Sync directly with subcontractors, suppliers, and Superintendents to align material drop schedules with build milestones.
  • Mitigate critical project risks and address site resource delays proactively before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Act as the central communication liaison between field crews, material vendors, corporate stakeholders, and homeowners.
  • Review subcontractor invoices, manage complex change orders, and enforce compliance across all active project documentation.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 or more years of proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and operations in residential construction.
