Job Details: Type of Hire: Full Time

Job Duties
  • Manage the overall delivery and implementation of new or enhanced Tavant products for customers by collaborating with crossโ€‘functional teams;
  • Build roadโ€‘maps, and prepare and implement project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables;
  • Estimate and allocate required resources and direct the development, maintenance and enhancement of IT products and solutions;
  • Oversee project budget by monitoring expenses, analyzing cost variances, and implementing corrective measures to ensure financial and operational compliance; and
  • Monitor project plans and program risks, track deliverables, prepare and present status reports, and identify, escalation, and resolve issues to ensure timely project execution.
Job Requirements

Requires Bachelorโ€™s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Requires five (5) years of progressive experience as a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, Associate, Programmer Analyst, Application Development Senior Analyst, Software Engineer, Senior Analyst or a related occupation.

The required experience must include two years of experience with Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Kafka, HBASE, Spark, Solr and IntelliJ. Standard Company Benefits offered.
