Job description

Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature ofworkand team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to workat least three days in the office, includingTuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject tochange, basedon managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able toworkup to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change.

Design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. Engages directly with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions.
Drive the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle. Work independently with little supervision. Ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
