The product portfolio includes undercarriage systems for heavy machinery as well as crankshafts, connecting rods, pistons, chassis products, transmission systems and rotor shafts for the automotive industry.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage the daily activities of maintenance staff
  • Provide leadership, supervisory, and technical support to maintenance team
  • Troubleshoot all plant industrial systems
  • Collect data and complete projects and actions which reduce Technical Downtime (TDT) and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Your profile
  • Education/Credentials/Certifications/Length of Experience
    • Minimum of an associate's degree in industrial maintenance, Electronics, Electricity or related field required or 5+ years of experience
    • Supervisory Experience a plus
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • High level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities
    • High level knowledge of automation, control system engineering and robotics
    • Advanced mechanical knowledge - preferably in forging, die casting or foundry
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal abilities
    • Basic algebraic abilities as well as ability to read and interpret measurements
    • Excellent reasoning and problem-solving ability
    • Ability to follow step-by-step instructions
    • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems
    • Ability to stay organized and establish priorities
