Job Requirements
The Nurse Residency Program Administrator serves as a strategic workforce leader responsible for developing early career nurses through a structured transition to practice program while strengthening organizational workforce stability, professional engagement, and long-term retention. This role combines hands-on program management with external relationship development to ensure a strong and sustainable pipeline of nursing talent for Capital Region.
Work Experience
Master of Science in Nursing is required.
Current Registered Nursing License in Maryland or a compact state and in good standing.
Five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting
โ€ข Nationally recognized nursing specialty certification.
โ€ข Seven (7) years of experience as a registered nurse in the acute care setting is preferred.
