Job description

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PT); (OT) or (SLP-CCC) to join our Fayetteville NC Skilled Nursing Facility.

  • Salaried Role - Full-Time
  • Prior Management experience preferred
  • $3000 Sign-On Bonus!

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a (PT) (SLP-CCC)
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Master of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
