Must have prior travel experience.
Beds: 16 total; Main OR: 10, OR North (within same facility): 6
Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? No, at least 2 years of acute care OR experience required
Will you accept a first-time traveler? No

Patient Types:
Peds to adults
Peds Neuro (cranies, vaults), Adult Neuro (cranies, EVDs, shunts, bolts) Traumas, Vascular, Surgical Oncology (Whipple), General, Urology, GYN, Thoracic, Robotics (ex. Drape the robot, exchange instrument in arms), ENT, Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Podiatry, Dental, Plastics, Breasts,
If position is just for OR North: Ortho, GYN, general, breasts, plastics, ENT, dental, spinal cord stimulator, DaVinci XI/DV5
CVOR cases performed here, but not required to work that area

Experience with the above cases, circulate. The most important areas of experience are robotics, neuro, and trauma. IV starts and scrub experience preferred

Orientation:
Up to 1 week

Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: call only, see below
Call: If so, what is that schedule? 
1 weekend/month, Saturday and Sunday โ€“ 0700-1900 or 1900-0700. 
1 overnight call shift per week โ€“ EOS-0700
30-minute response time โ€“ no sleep rooms
Holiday Expectations: Could be on call for holidays
Approval of time off: Can we approve time off on your behalf, or would you like all requests sent to you? To go through manager
Schedule cycle: Schedule made 1 month at a time and receive 1 month prior to schedule beginning. It is ok to trade call but it is highly discouraged to โ€œsellโ€ call to staff members.
