Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the nursing process framework. This position is accountable for individualized patient outcomes throughout the entire episode of care and involves delivering comprehensive nursing services to patients in the Neonatal ICU.
Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonatal patients.
  • Coordinate care between internal and external healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver care that meets the cognitive and psychosocial needs of the neonatal patient population.
  • Utilize ventilator support and other advanced nursing techniques as required.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to maintain clinical competencies.
