Palm Beach Health Network - Tenet is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a nursing job in Boca Raton, Florida.

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months 

Job Shift: Nights

Job Type: Full Time

The Registered Nurse provides safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. Administers and performs specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatment for patient. Specialized nursing care utilizes evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards. Responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering said patient care. Adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Associates degree from a Nursing program
  • License: Florida RN License
  • Certifications: American Heart Association, PALS, NRP, & BLS card

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year licensed nursing practice on a NICU unit
