About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a quality-driven outpatient clinic focused on restoring function and improving patients' independence in daily life.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful patient connections, evidence-based care, and a collaborative clinic culture. New Grad OTs are welcome, with mentorship and support available.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes
  • Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, coordination, and mobility
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, assistants, and clinic leadership
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and long-term success
