The CSG Engineering Rotation Program provides you a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.

The reputation of Dell Technologies for delivering award-winning hardware is legendary and our Hardware Engineering team is at the heart of it. We design and develop analogue as well as digital hardware products - not just computer or network hardware devices but peripherals too. Recognized for our high level of technical expertise in a variety of engineering disciplines, we're involved across the development lifecycle - from research to the building, testing and delivery of completed products. Innovators in our field, we lead the way in exploring new concepts, approaches, processes, materials and components.

Join us as a Hardware Engineer of the Hardware Engineering Rotation Program within the Client Solutions Group team in Austin, Texas to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:

  • Shape the future of Dell Client Products by contributing directly to the design and development of our next generation of Notebooks and Desktops - the devices millions of people around the world rely on every day
  • Bring new technologies to life by researching, prototyping, and developing key innovations that push the boundaries of what our products can do - from concept to customer-ready hardware
  • Build real engineering expertise across multiple disciplines through three purposeful rotations that expose you to different projects, product lines, and technical challenges - giving you a breadth of experience most early-career engineers take years to accumulate
  • Own meaningful work from day one by completing engineering assignments that span new product launches, platform enhancements, and cost-driven design trade-offs that influence how award-winning products make it from the lab to the market
  • Accelerate your career trajectory by working alongside world-class engineers while taking advantage of built-in networking opportunities, knowledge-sharing forums, and a structured path for career progression designed to set you up for long-term success at Dell Technologies
