Data Analyst (the put the title as Systems Analyst but its a Data Analyst)
Remote but MUST already live in TX (no willing to relocate, must already be here)
Duration is multi year
They want candidates with public sector experience preferably with a Workforce Commission or other state agency

Job Description
4-7 years of each of the following required and must be mentioned on 4-7 years of the jobs in the resume:
4-7 years required - Analyzing data from a variety of source systems and different database technologies using SQL.
4-7 years required - Designing, developing and validating reports, data visualization and dashboards using Tableau.
This must include:
-Building and publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards.
-Reporting scheduling using Tableau server.
-Creating action filters, parameters and calculated sets for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.
-Developing Tableau workbooks from multiple data sources using Data Blending.
-Publishing reports using Tableau.
4-7 years required Gathering, analyzing and generating data visualization requirements for a data warehouse.
4-7 years required Experience in working on a data warehouse (both relational and dimensional) team.
4-7 years required Experience in translating requirements into data visualization needs.
4-7 years required Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
4-7 years required Mentoring and training junior Tableau developers.
Preferred (these are not required, just nice to have)
4-7 years Experience in Public Sector delivery.
4-7 years Texas Workforce Commission experience.
• To perform Systems Analyst work as a member of the IT PMO team, overseeing one or more projects concurrently.
• Complete evaluations of existing and future capabilities, conduct research into solution alternatives, enhance system capabilities, and providing
advice to stakeholders. Participate in joint application design sessions with customers and Information Technology (IT) staff to define business
requirements and develop software systems requirements.
• Communicate effectively with users to determine requirements of new processes and applications or modifications to existing processes and
applications. Be actively involved in implementations and upgrades in a low code platform.
• Perform system configuration, document business processes and prepare project documentation with a high level of attention to detail, strong
organization skills and technical aptitude. Use standardized project management processes, tools and techniques to address project needs.
• Develop test artifacts, conduct testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop training documentation for various team projects.
• Work closely with developers to track defects and resolutions.
• Perform deep technical and analytical reviews to analyze system functionality with customer and resolve production issues. Assist with creating,
maintaining and enforcing global standards. Perform other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support team projects.
• Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with applications and writes detailed specifications for developing or correcting issues to improve
system performance and/or accuracy.
