Job description

Position Details: This is a position with both full and part-time available. This role will be responsible for setting and confirming appointment times with interested customers for their Home Improvement projects such as  Roofing , Impact windows and Solar .
Responsibilities include:

  • Speaking with homeowners in-person OUTDOORS daily to promote our products and services on an outside  basis
  • Delivering simply prepared information talks with the customer that describe services and provide important information to the customer
  • Setting and confirming appointment times by calling or texting directly to our corporate office.
  • Generating sales leads and building a pipeline of future customers by creating a memorable, personal connection
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company.

Position Benefits:

  • Flexible hours FT or PT (minimum 25 hours/week) and work locations in Florida ( east and west coasts)
  • Work close to home.
  • HIGH  earning potential with bi-weekly hourly pay (not a draw) plus commission. Income ranges $30.00- $75.00/hr, which is including commission. Top people are earning around $80 an hour, on average.
  • FAST Growth into a team leader, trainer, or management position with overrides.
