Car Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle
  • Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Experienced Car Sales Representative Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience. (New car franchise is preferred but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of how to use and operate a CRM, preferably DriveCentric
  • Ability to source and chase down leads
  • MOPAR experience preferred

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
