  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Experience with neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, arterial lines, and seizure management strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, compassionate care for mixed-acuity neuro and neurosurgical patients in an ICU and stepdown setting
  • Perform frequent neurological assessments and monitor closely for changes in condition
  • Manage patients requiring hemodynamic and neurological monitoring
  • Support patients with devices and therapies such as EVDs, lumbar drains, subdural drains, and arterial lines
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to support individualized care plans
  • Respond quickly to evolving patient needs in a fast-paced critical care environment
  • Document care accurately and maintain patient safety standards at all times
