Practice Setting: Neurology clinic

Reason for Coverage: Vacancy

Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed

Rate Type: Hourly

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM

Practice Demographics:

  • 95% Adult
  • 5% Pediatric

Patient Load:

  • 16โ€“18 office/clinic patients per day (7.2 hours per day)

Other Neurologists Present: Yes

Group Composition:

  • 3 Physicians
  • 0 Advanced Practice Providers

Onsite Facilities:

  • Lab
  • X-ray

Office Ancillary Staff:

  • 1 RN Navigator
  • 4 Medical Assistants (MAs)
  • 3 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

Documentation System/EMR: Epic

Board Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible
