Schedule Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with rotation weekends and flexibility to meet unit needs. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to join our Neuro Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to high-quality patient care and have experience in managing neurological and cardiac conditions. Responsibilities Provide telemetry monitoring and assessment for patients. Manage patient care plans and document clinical information accurately. Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Float to other units as needed per floating policy. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses are not accepted). 2 years of hospital experience, specifically in telemetry. BLS and ACLS certifications.
