You will be utilizing advanced telehealth tools and electronic health record systems to conduct therapy sessions, document client progress, and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' substance abuse histories, mental health needs, and treatment requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address addiction issues alongside underlying mental health concerns, using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions leveraging techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to promote client engagement and recovery.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals like physicians and nurses, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families to foster understanding and encourage their active involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with compliance regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring client privacy at all times.

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with substance abuse issues, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. You will work with individuals who may also have co-occurring mental health conditions, requiring a comprehensive approach to treatment. Your expertise will help to empower these clients, enabling them to build rewarding, substance-free lives.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Preferred specialization in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment, with knowledge of clinical best practices for co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, along with the ability to foster a trusting rapport with clients to navigate their recovery journeys effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to enhance collaboration with colleagues across various disciplines.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with populations affected by substance abuse and mental health disorders is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of telehealth technology and electronic health records.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems to support clients outside of therapy.

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
