Job Summary:
ARSIEM Corporation is committed to providing reliable and cutting-edge technical solutions to its government clients. They are seeking an OCO Networking and Internet Product Manager to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, focusing on cloud networking and internet connectivity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions for highly reliable and redundant network connectivity.
• Lead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities for cloud networking solutions are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (PI) execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for networking-focused projects.
• Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders, USCYBERCOM, NSA, Services and CCMDs to gather feedback and align capability delivery for cloud networking and connectivity.
• Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups, and other OCO forums related to cloud networking.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications for cloud networking solutions.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications with a focus on robust and secure network connectivity.
• Lead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Min 12 years with Bachelors, 10 years with Masters, or 16 years with HS Diploma or Associates Degree; significant portion of experience in cloud networking and Internet connectivity.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university. MBA or similar degree is a plus.
• Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services.
• Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the development of products and/or management in a development environment.
• Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting.
• Good with documentation.
• Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with the team, constant engagement with key stakeholders.
• Understand team needs, get them what their needs are.
• Senior Product Managers guide and mentor less experienced product managers, collaborating to deliver products on time and within budget.
• They work with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements.
Preferred:
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable.
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications are highly desirable.
