XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Existing CDL-A Team DriversEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook FreightWeekly Home Time* - Dedicated Routes


Top Pay & Benefits:
  • Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split
  • Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
  • Weekly home time*
  • 4,000-5,200 planned weekly miles*

What to Expect:

As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of either 4 or 5 days on the road, followed by 2 or 3 days of well-deserved time at home, depending on route location. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

  • Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
  • Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
  • Not required to apply, but must be acquired
  • XPO offers a $500 hazmat endorsement reimbursement, per driver
