Job description

We are seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise network, voice, and infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of LAN, WAN, WiFi, PBX, and data center environments while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will provide expert-level troubleshooting, oversee daily operations, manage hardware and system updates, enforce security compliance, and plan capacity upgrades. This position also leads infrastructure-related projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
In addition, the Network & Infrastructure Manager will collaborate closely with internal IT and business stakeholders, deliver system performance reporting and technical presentations, participate in an on-call rotation, and support after-hours interventions as needed. This role also oversees operational and capital budgets, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and evaluates emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure management
Strong expertise in enterprise networking, systems administration, security, and data center operations
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, or AWS are highly desirable
