This is a hybrid position based out of our Johnston, IA office.

What we’re looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Network Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, evaluation, and optimization of network systems. You’ll provide technical support for resolving network issues, participate in strategic and tactical planning, and contribute to forecasting, implementation, and security initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience with telecom billing, contract negotiations, mobile device lifecycle management, and network connectivity design. You will collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective network services that align with organizational goals.

What you'll do:

  • Deploy mobile hardware and wireless communication devices and provide day-to-day support for these devices.
  • Complete telecom billing invoice review process and reconciliation tasks as directed.
  • Assist with network connectivity designs for new or upgrading customers.
  • Analyze bandwidth of host circuits and data consumption for Corporate-managed cellular endpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales team and senior analysts to develop networks solutions for customers.
  • Participate in the planning of infrastructure network design, including coordination and monitoring for the installation of circuits.
  • Provision new ATM and DPC's coming onto the SHAZAM Network.
  • Assist in building cost models for Network Services infrastructure and communication fees.
  • Manage and maintain internal asset inventory, including completion of annual reviews and remediation.
  • Identify process improvements through changes in practice, standardization, or through IT automation.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the annual budget process, including forecasting and planning sessions.

What you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in network communications and network analysis and/or design preferred.
  • Ability to communicate via the telephone, in person, and through correspondence with customers, other employees, and vendors regarding company products and services.
  • Previous experience presenting using visual aids in a variety of internal and external environments.
  • Strong independent thinking skills and ability to self-direct, solve problems and make informed, rational decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
