Job description

Job Role: Coach Network Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location:Toronto - Hybrid (3 days in office)

Who we are:

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won't stop until we get there.

Coaching changes people's lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That's why we've made it easy for more people - not just those at the top - to benefit from the world's best coaches. Thisis true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role

We're looking for a Coach Network Manager, reporting directly to the Regional VP. You'll own a segmented coach bench within your region - assigning coaches to customer programs, keeping them briefed and equipped to deliver, and maintaining a high-performing, supportive coaching community. It's an exciting role with significant stretch opportunities and a critical part to play in EZRA's current and future growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own a segmented coach bench within your region, assigning coaches to customer programs and ensuring they're set up for success
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and your global counterparts to ensure coaches are fully and accurately briefed, taking ultimate ownership of programs in your region
  • Own the performance and health of your bench - training completion, contracting compliance, capacity and even workload distribution - managing performance issues and off-boarding where needed
  • Drive session management across your bench, reducing over-delivery and paid missed sessions.
  • Keep coaches informed, supported and engaged through live calls, community channels and email, responding promptly to queries and delegating or escalating where appropriate
  • Deliver coach trainings, mock sessions and the 30-session milestone orientation for new coaches, represent your bench in quarterly talent reviews, and keep coach records up to date in Bullhorn and our operational dashboards

About you

  • 3+ years' experience in a delivery role
  • Experience working with a freelance community strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with an element of ambiguity
  • Able to make quick decisions that balance the right outcome for the business, coaches and customers
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority and, at times, challenge the status quo

Life at EZRA

  • Your Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.
  • Coaching for Friends and family because coaching is a gift worth passing on.
  • Charity Days to support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.
  • Learning Budget to fuel your curiosity. If it helps you grow, we're in.
  • Weekly Wellbeing Hour just for you. No meetings. No emails. Just space to breathe, reflect, or reset.
  • Regional benefits flex to fit your location and lifestyle.
  • A welcoming place to do your best work. Comfortable, collaborative and inclusive.
