Job Description:
Work closely with the CIO, Corporate, Network Operations, Development and Delivery teams to assure optimal infrastructure performance, security and monitoring.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The position performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to the following:
  • Protects information on computers and data networks by installing and maintaining security software, implementing security strategies (investigation, mitigation, resolving) to ensure networks and data are free of breaches and imparting information to computer users around security.
  • Create and coordinate the organization's Disaster Recovery planning and implementation.
  • Create documentation for Disaster Recovery procedures and test procedures and processes.
  • Develop a reliable business continuity plan and disaster recovery procedures to ensure that critical business functions can resume within defined time frames, data loss is minimized, and failed systems are repaired and/or replaced quickly.
  • Responsible for exploration and discovery phases for security software, including presentation to internal stakeholders.
  • Installs and maintains security software.
  • Acts as a level escalation point for the support of virtual infrastructure by investigating and troubleshooting incidents and issues to resolution.
  • Plans and assists in the deployment of new global infrastructure technology in partnership with the Network Manager to include servers, operating systems, hardware, wireless networks, etc.

Qualifications/Technologies:
  • Must have Google Cloud & AWS (AWS)experience.
  • 7+ years experience working on Information Security teams or conducting Information Security consulting engagements
  • Experience with developing security reporting that is meaningful and actionable for a variety of audiences including peers, internal stakeholders, management, and external third parties
  • Experience developing and managing processes and procedures while continuously seeking to make relevant and practical improvements to each
  • Experience in solving intricate problems and conducting complex analyses
  • Deep experience in Information Security operations space
  • Knowledge and understanding of security controls across all security domains such as access management, encryption methods, vulnerability management, network security, physical security, etc.
