Key Skills:
• Experience with NSA data repositories such as XKEYSCORE, DX, and related systems
• Experience operating collection front-end systems, including AST-557, Packet Raptor, AST-128, and similar platforms
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+ years of network analysis experience, including non-IP networks
• 10+ years of experience with telecommunications, network management systems, and network management protocols
Responsibilities:
• Perform network analysis across non-IP networks, telecommunications systems, and network management protocols
• Utilize basic data processing and scripting skills (Perl, Python, or equivalent tools)
• Use Wireshark, Renoir, and other protocol/packet analysis tools
• Research and apply telecommunications standards, including ITU-T Recommendations and IETF RFCs
• Collaborate across multiple technical disciplines (signals analysts, protocol analysts, hardware developers, intelligence analysts)
• Produce technical writing and requirements documentation for ANR developers and external development teams/vendors
• Work with NSA data repositories (BLACKPEARL, XKEYSCORE, NKB, etc.)
• Operate collection front-end systems such as AST-557, Packet Raptor, and AST-128
• Diagnose network protocols using outputs from NSA signals/protocol analysis tools (Wireshark, DVT, TAROTCARD, etc.)
