Talent4Health is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Job Description & Requirements

SHIFT TIMES: 08:00:00 AM - 04:30:00 PM M/W/F and 10:30am-7p T/T

WORK SITE: 520 West Ave, Norwalk, CT 06856

Outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation. Must be able to treat ortho and potential neuro patients.

Perform physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning and implementation.

Provide patient & family education and training

๏ปฟProvides care to special populations including: Oncology, Lymphedema, Amputee, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Total Joint Replacement, Orthopedic and Neurologic

Completes documentation timely and based on department guidelines

Initiates discharge planning

Other duties as assigned

Required:

CT PT License

BLS

Minimum 1 year experience

Experience working with patients with neurological conditions

Preferred:

Vestibular therapy experience

No on call/floating
