Your Role & Responsibilities
Direct Impact: You will have direct client contact from Day 1. You won't be hidden away in your office; you will be at the table.
Transactional Execution: Lead and support corporate formations, structuring, private client matters, and real estate transactions.
Strategic Litigation: Handle commercial and business litigation matters, from drafting pleadings to appearing in court.

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or litigation (ideally a mix).
