Your Role & Responsibilities
Direct Impact: You will have direct client contact from Day 1. You won't be hidden away in your office; you will be at the table.
Transactional Execution: Lead and support corporate formations, structuring, private client matters, and real estate transactions.
Strategic Litigation: Handle commercial and business litigation matters, from drafting pleadings to appearing in court.
Business Development: We dont just "allow" networking its expected and we support it. You will be encouraged (including financially) to begin building your own book of business with the firms full mentorship.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or litigation (ideally a mix).
Exceptional writing and communication skills.
