We are seeking an exceptional and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated Critical Care team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments while practicing alongside a collaborative and highly skilled multidisciplinary team

Required Education: Masters Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant School
Required Certifications and Licensures: Current licensure by the State of Virginia as a Physician Assistant ACLS (required only for LFM)

What You'll Do

Round on critically ill patients in the ICU

Perform admissions and consultations

Manage medications and treatment plans

Perform procedures including:

  1. Central line placement
  2.  Arterial line placement
  3. Intubation
  4. Chest tube placement
  5. Thoracentesis
  6. Lumbar puncture
  7. Bronchoscopy
  8. Paracentesis
