Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Facilities Maintenance team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support routine and preventive maintenance of clubhouse, lodging, and on-property facilities.
  • Perform semi-skilled maintenance work across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
  • Assist with maintaining facility exteriors, including painting, landscape support, fencing, and aesthetic improvements.
  • Perform custodial and general upkeep tasks as needed.
  • Replace light bulbs and assist with ballast repairs as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment and replace filters as needed.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or incidents to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas and equipment.
  • Support inventory tracking and responsible use of maintenance supplies.
  • Adhere to Dormie Network safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and facility improvements as directed.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms.
  • Work collaboratively with other employees to support efficient daily operations.
  • Demonstrate courteous, service-oriented behavior when interacting with members, guests, and fellow employees.
  • Schedule is Wednesday-Saturday 10 AM- 4 PM.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of facility maintenance practices and equipment.
  • Skilled in the use of basic maintenance tools and machinery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience using maintenance tools and equipment preferred.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to walk and maneuver on uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, stretch, push, pull, and perform physical labor as required.
  • Ability to visually inspect facilities, machinery, and materials.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to operate local machinery when properly licensed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
